Western Edge

The Wild West trend is back again as seen on the S/S catwalk at Michael Kors and Louis Vuitton. Wear the it by adding a few key pieces to a casual outfit to avoid looking too "cowboy".  Light coloured denim, chunky heeled ankle boots and fringing are all great for adding a Western vibe to an outfit. 

I teamed a plain grey skater dress with a denim jacket, tan heeled ankle boots and a fringed bag for a spring look with a touch of western. Add a cardigan underneath for an extra layer, and wear the dress over leggings with ankle socks if it's a bit chily!

For the second casual look, I've gone for the light, bleached look which is perfect for spring! A pair of slipper style shoes are a comfortable must, and the blush pink leather jacket is perfect for  throwing over a shirt or blouse and was an absolute bargain from Primark at just £10!!

I'm counting down to pay day as there are so many things I've got my eye on! First on my list is a bright skater skirt and some white heels. Missguided satchels are very tempting as well!
